We fully understand our restaurant programs inside and out - an important consideration when your new confused server has an impatient diner who is late for a meeting or your exhausted manager needs help at 1 A.M. We only use the best processors for our restaurant clients - either VisaNet (Vital), Paymentech, or Central Coast Processing.

If you are a high volume restaurant which is already accepting credit cards then please fax your latest monthly MasterCard/Visa statement to 215-489-7880 for a special price quote.

You will receive an easy to read and reconcile monthly statement with every batch separated so it will match perfectly to each deposit on your business checking account statement. Funds are deposited daily in the gross amount, with the normal 2 to 3 day ACH delay, and all fees are deducted once each month.

Equipment

At Credit Card Processing Services, we believe in using only the best and most user friendly terminals and printers. That is why we recommend either the Hypercom T7Plus thermal terminal and printer combination, or the Verifone Tranz 330 / 380 terminal combined with a high speed Verifone P900 printer. We offer both sales and rentals on all of our equipment. If you already own compatible equipment then we will be happy to reprogram it at no charge. As with anything mechanical problems occasionally occur and when they do our help desk is ready to help via a toll-free number 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If an equipment problem can't be solved over the phone then you will receive a replacement overnight in order to keep your restaurant processing.
