How much does
Credit Card Processing
Services has the same philosophy in pricing ATM's as our credit
card equipment. Give the merchant a great price up front and he
will be happy, which means more sales, which in turn makes us happy.
Therefore, our great price for a new upgraded Triton 9700 is only
$5,500.00! The optional backlit high-topper looks great and will
draw attention as an add on cost of just $249.00. Oh, and did I
forget to mention that shipping the ATM to your business location
is free, a savings of about $300.00.
Most of our competitors
want you to lease their ATM for 4 or 5 years. Just do the simple
math and you will save over $5,000.00 by purchasing the unit from
us. Our terms are simple. At the time you purchase the ATM we request
a deposit check of $2,500.00 with the balance due by check or credit
card within one week of delivery to your business. That sounds fair
What about installation?
If you are handy you
might want to install the unit yourself or for $400.00 we can send
a professional ATM installer to your business who will install the
unit by securely bolting it to the floor, program and test the ATM,
and train you and your staff how it works. To be sure it is done
right we highly recommend paying this one-time fee, especially if
this is your first ATM.
How does the money
As the saying goes,
You need money to make money. The Triton 9700 is capable of dispensing
2000 bills and if fully loaded with twenty dollar bills that equates
to $40,000. But don't be alarmed, because most merchants normally
load the ATM with only a few thousand dollars and then restock it
every few days. Make certain that when you commit to purchasing
an ATM that you also have enough cash for at least a 3 day supply
of cash so you are covered over the weekend when usage is typically
heaviest. For example, if you estimate that you will have 600 transactions
in a month (20 per day) and the average withdrawal is $60.00 ($1,200.00
per day), then you should probably load the ATM with about $4,000.00.
Now let me explain how
the money cycle works. As a customer comes up to the ATM he will
decide how much money to withdraw. We will usually set a maximum
withdrawal amount of $200.00 and designate fast keys for $20.00,
$40.00, $60.00, $80.00, and $100.00. Depending upon the location
we find that the average withdrawal will be around $60.00. Let's
say that 20 customers deducted a total of $1,200.00 today. Within
2 business days that $1,200.00 will be directly deposited through
the ACH system into your business checking account at your bank.
Then you will take that money from the bank in $20.00 bills and
reload the ATM cash cassette. So basically the cash that you load
in the ATM is like a revolving door - from ATM to customer to bank
and back to the ATM.
Then once per month
around the 25th of the month, you will receive your residual check
for the surcharge income. For example, if there were 600 withdrawals
in January surcharged to the customer at $1.50, then around February
25th you will receive a check for $900.00. An easy to read detailed
report showing daily activity will accompany your check. As a free
option, you can also elect to receive your surcharge income deposited
to your account on a daily basis.
